In fact, it’s so easy that humanity has been making soaps since the year 2800 BC! The Babylonians, apparently, liked to smell good when they had a wash too.
Now, you can, of course, buy all the raw ingredients for making soap and put them together but this is not much fun.
That’s because it involves harsh chemicals and needs safety gear and a very well-ventilated room.
It’s much better to opt for a soap-making kit, instead, most of which are so gentle, in comparison, that they’re safe for children to use (quite literally too).
You can melt and pour natural chemicals such as shea butter soap base and goat milk soap base and then add liquid dyes to create soap bars that rock.
