As traditional cereal aficionados, our search for the best vegan cereals brands was a delicious mission we were happy to complete.
There was a time when it was difficult to find vegan or plant-based products in stores and even online. I would always be asking myself “Is this cereal vegan?”. But times have changed!
Now, it’s become ridiculously easy to do so and that means we are often spoiled for choice. So, then our dilemma becomes, which vegan cereals brand is the best?
Well, we gathered the children of a few good friends and had them taste test about twenty different brands and flavors. (Parents tested too…)
Then we whittled them down to our favorites. We think you’ll be impressed and that your breakfast times will really benefit from these tasty and healthy treats.

Fiber One Cereal, Original Bran, Whole Grain Cereal
As the name suggests this packs a might fibrous punch and that’s due to the average 13 grams of whole grain wheat grains that you can find in each serving of Fiber One cereal.
It is worth noting though that this cereal contains phenylalanine and aspartame. Which we’re not entirely comfortable with.
We like to sprinkle a little cane sugar on this crunchy cereal to bring out the best of its natural flavor.

Living Intentions Organic Superfood Cereal – Cacao Crunch
If you want something with a hint of chocolate at breakfast, we can’t blame you because that’s awesome!
This is what you’re looking for – it’s paleo, kosher, vegan, and gluten-free. On top of that this cereal contains probiotic cultures to keep your stomach healthy and regular!
We only wish that they'd add a hint of peanut butter to this as an alternative option. Watch your blood sugar though, this one's quite high in carbs.

Barbara’s Puffins Original Cereal
Possibly, the most kid-friendly vegan cereals on our list.
These puffins cereals are a super source of plant-based fiber and they only contain 6g of sugar per serving which won’t rot the little one’s teeth. There's not much protein per serving either. mind you.
They also contain a whole load of whole grains.

Post Grape-Nuts Cereal
The most filling cereal on our list and when drowned in almond milk, it’s close to being in heaven.
Sadly, we can’t go with this every day though because it’s also pretty high in carbs (47 grams per serving to be precise) and we don’t want to pack the pounds on.
You can find Post Grape-Nuts Cereal online.
