WOW Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo
Many people will already be using apple cider vinegar to rinse their hair with after using shampoo because it’s awesome at combatting the fungal infections that cause dandruff and it can really help give it a natural shine.
The WOW brand takes this one step farther by mixing the natural ingredients argan oil and almond oil into the mix and making it suitable for washing your hair in any conditions.
There’s no silicone, sulphates or other nasty stuff in this vegan shampoo and it can be used on any hair type at all.
Regenerate Biotin Hair Growth Volumizing Thickening Shampoo
This is a gender-neutral vegan shampoo option and the blend of botanical substances smells amazing.
It’s perfectly pH balanced which should ensure that even the most sensitive skin types can enjoy being washed in Regenerate Biotin shampoo. It’s like aloe vera for your hair.
We liked the viscosity of this vegan cruelty free shampoo, it felt great in our hands. It’s one of our favorite vegan shampoos for a good reason.
Pure, Sensitive Skin Organic Lemongrass Shampoo
They say that this Nature Sustained shampoo is akin to “kombucha for the scalp” as it’s made with absolutely cruelty-free soap nuts (no harmful chemicals, either).
It has a strong probiotic level which is designed to help ensure that you never suffer from oily hair or itch scalp.
It’s also good for dray and damaged hair as well as other hair types.

Maple Holistics Sage Shampoo for Anti Dandruff with Jojoba Argan and Organic Tea Tree Oil
One thing we’ve found really difficult to find is a great cruelty-free anti-dandruff shampoo for vegans.
That’s because the fungi that typically cause dandruff can be very difficult to tackle in a completely all-natural way but this Maple Holistics product appears to buck that trend.
We found that our dandruff was quick to clear up when employing this shampoo and we’re told that it’s the sage oil that keeps your scalp in fighting condition.
We found it was good on a range of hair types too; thin hair, damaged hair, dry hair, etc. right down to the hair follicles too.
Whatever it is, it works and without any harmful chemicals.
EcoLove Natural Shampoo with OrganXic Cucumber Spinach and Parsley
We think this was the best all around family cruelty free vegan shampoo we could find in our vegan shampoo tests.
There are absolutely no animal derived ingredients.
It’s ever so friendly on the eyes and even babies of just 6 months can use it without ill effects.
The formula of vegan herbs and minerals is lovely to smell too it’s softer than essential oils or coconut oil.
Ethique Eco-Friendly Solid Shampoo Bar
We like to cut down on plastic waste wherever possible.
And what better way to do that than to stop using shampoo in bottles and turn to a product which is delivered in the same way as a soap bar is.
We loved the peppermint aroma of this shampoo bar, it made us really excited to use it.
We’re also happy to report that it works brilliantly and the combination of coconut cream and cocoa butter is lush on your locks.
