A recent Harvard study study has discovered that drinking three to five cups of coffee per day -affeinated or not — has some outstanding health benefits.

Coffee drinkers, when compared to non-coffee drinkers, exhibited a “lower risk of death from type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s disease, and suicide.

One of the authors of the study, adds “that while the results do not necessarily indicate that everyone should start drinking a pot a day, coffee drinkers should feel safe to maintain their present habits.
