Everyone (almost) loves tiny, little things. Miniature pies are a wonderful addition to what I like to call “Small Food.”
The challenge, however, is that most recipes require you to use specially made miniature pie tins. And who wants to buy more baking gear that may or may not sit in an already overcrowded cupboard.
Here’a method to get your miniature pie on while using something you already have on hand – namely, the lids of noble Mason Jars. They work like a charm… watch and learn!
