I’ve always loved a nice poached egg! But preparing them has always seemed daunting. According to this video from America’s Test Kitchen it all comes down to patience. Other than that it’s relatively easy.

So dive in and start poaching! Here’s what you’ll need: large skillet with a lid, water, 2 tablespoons white vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, 8 large eggs, and 4 tea cups.
