We recently put together a guide on electric skateboards and sadly, this board came to our attention too late to be included in it.
We’re positive that the Hunter Skateboard will be there next year, though.
That’s because it’s one of Time Magazine’s favorite inventions of the year and it’s one of ours too now.
The only downside of using an electric board is that the ride can be a bit of a nightmare when you hit bumps.
30 mph and a bunch of little stones? Not fun. Trust us on this.
“Our design philosophy is simple: form always follows performance. This uncomplicated, yet powerful principle gives us the faculty to build outstanding products, designed to keep surprising you the more you use them. The Hunter Board is here to redefine what an electric skateboard can be.”
Miguel Morgado, Chief Product Officer at Hunter
The Hunter Board has the world’s most intelligent suspension in a skateboard.
It doesn’t try to prevent bumps (an impossible task).
It does, however, stop the vibrations caused by those bumps from hitting your feet.
So, you can cruise at 34 mph on the board and enjoy a super stable ride.
You can count us in. That’s awesome.
If you’d like to try other electric vehicles, why not take a look at our guides to e-bikes and electric motorcycles, there’s an electric option for everybody today.
