Very Easy To Use – No Matter Your Skills
It doesn’t matter what your reasons for going vegan are or, indeed, your skills in the kitchen. Ms. Moskowitz has you covered.
The book is laid out methodically to enable you to master one simple task after another until you have enough expertise to put them together in any way that you need to – to create your own dishes and not just follow vegan recipes.
Not that I Can Cook Vegan is short on recipes. It’s not, there are over 125 recipes to get you started as a vegan chef and they’re very nicely put together.
A Curious Design Decision
Our only real complaint about this book lays with the publisher and not the author.
For some bizarre reason, they’ve opted for a tiny font for ingredient lists while the rest of the book is laid out with hug fonts which are very easy to read. It’s almost like they are looking to punish those with long-sightedness.
So, if you struggle with this – it’s worth checking before you buy.
Otherwise, it’s an excellent book that can really help you in your quest to go vegan.
