The 15-Minute Vegan Meals
One thing that we really liked about this book was the inclusion of “15 minute-meals”. These nutritious, plant-based meals can be prepared and cooked in under 15 minutes.
Vegan cookery can often require a ton of preparation and we don’t always have time to make something tasty and nutritious if it’s going to take several hours to prepare.
Gaz’s one-pot meal philosophy is also pretty cool, it cuts down on washing up and thus environmental harm whilst still making super tasty meals.
If you’ve been considering a plant-based diet or you’d like to introduce more vegan food to your everyday eating habits, then this is a great place to start.
The meals area also very kid-friendly and our children really enjoyed trying Gaz’s food.
