Wild was founded by two childhood friends in the UK with the “wild” idea that it was possible to create a high-performing, natural and sustainable deodorant.
They were motivated by two things: a desire to help in the fight against single-use plastic, and the need for a high-performing, healthy natural deodorant.
Wild raised over 250% of their target in a successful Kickstarter campaign in 2019 to launch their initial roll-on product.
Now, they are launching Wild 2.0 with their innovative single-use plastic free, biodegrable refillable deodorant cases.
After extensive feedback, research and 25 new iterations they have now struck gold with a product that is both stylish and sustainable.
It’s this kind of innovation combined with spirited human agency that makes me confident that we are at the beginning of the end of throwaway culture.
The team at Wild has produced a phenomenal product and has created a lot of early buzz. It comes in three colors – Coral, Silver & Aqua – plus you can choose from five fragrances.
Wild 2.0 offically launched in March 2020 and we hope it will be available for international shipping to the US. If not, I’ll just get my cousin Jane in Devon to bring me over a couple when she next visits.
This product really ticks the boxes for me. It is paraben-free, aluminium-free, and sulfate-free. They never test on animals and all their products are vegan friendly.
They are a small team in the UK and are completely transparent about their business and the ingredients they use.
